Tech & Tales
Part workshop, part storytelling. Teenagers explore technology, creativity, and entrepreneurship, then hear from people building their own path, false starts and money problems included. Not a keynote. A conversation you get to interrupt.

Youth Summit
Young people bring their ideas, meet mentors, and talk honestly about what their community is up against. It is where an idea gets tested in front of people who can open a door, and where a lot of participants find the opportunity they did not know to look for.

The practical things school skips: money, communication, and how to get hired.
Skill Classes
Hands-on sessions on the things that quietly decide how far you get: digital skills, managing money, communicating clearly, leading a team, and walking into a job interview ready. Taught on the machines we have, not the ones a syllabus assumes.

Work in a team, solve something real, walk out with a project you would show anyone.
Camps & Workshops
Teams take on a real problem and build a workable answer, with mentors beside them. Confidence is not taught in a slide. It is what is left over after you have built something in front of other people and it worked.

How a cohort runs
Apply. Build. Show it. Stay.
You apply
Through a school, a community group, or someone who told you about it. No portal that assumes a laptop and stable internet.
You're matched
To a cohort and a mentor. We ask what you want to build, not what grades you got.
You build
Sessions are hands-on from week one. You make things, break them, and get them reviewed by people who do this work.
You show it
Every cohort ends with your work in front of real people: mentors, partners, and employers who hire.
You stay
Alumni keep their mentor, join the network, and get first call on placements. The relationship is the point.

Do I have to pay anything?
No. Every NuGenNext programme is free to the young people who take it, and it always will be. If anyone asks you for money to join, it isn't us.
Do I need a laptop or my own internet?
No. We know what it costs to assume that. Bring yourself, and we'll sort the rest for the sessions.
Do I need experience or good grades?
No. We ask what you want to build, not what you scored. Several of our strongest participants started with no background at all.
How old do I need to be?
Our programmes are built for teenagers. If you're a little outside that and the programme fits what you're after, still talk to us.
What happens when the programme ends?
You keep your mentor, you join the alumni network, and you get first call on placements. Ending the cohort isn't ending the relationship.
Can my school or organisation run a cohort with you?
Yes, that's how most of them start. Get in touch and we'll talk about what it would take where you are.
